Equipped with its premium end-of-trip facilities (including 150 bike racks), in support of a healthy workplace.
Prolux have successfully completed an emergency and exit lighting upgrade to the building’s common stairwells. The lighting installation has been designed to comply with AS 2293.1 & AS/NZS 3000:2018.
Works included the removal and replacement of the existing exit and emergency light fittings, along with the supply and installation of occupancy sensors, wall mounted motion sensors to passage and basement and non-emergency lights hard wired to emergency monitoring.
Recycling of all old light fittings and preparation for VEET rebate was provided.
