Precision at every step:

Our Operational Process

Our mission has always been to excel in our industry by offering first and foremost an exceptional customer experience.

Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment of each new site, examining asset registers and aligning with electrical equipment. Prolux integrate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks into a detailed schedule that specifies the frequency and due dates for each service.

Our team meticulously plans and executes the maintenance, coordinating with tenants or clients and Facility Managers to ensure seamless scheduling. We use a variety of communication tools to keep all parties informed at all stages.

  • Transparent communication through all stages.
  • Focus on innovation to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Commitment to sustainability in-line with our ESG policies.
  • Focus on continuous improvements.

Our skilled technicians are carefully selected for each task based on their expertise, the job's priority, and complexity. Post-maintenance, we deliver comprehensive reports and compliance documents, promptly addressing any identified defects with detailed repair quotes.

Quarterly meetings with clients allow us to evaluate our performance, adjust maintenance plans and recommend upgrades or changes. Our commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and risk management guarantees that our clients receive a service that not only meets but exceeds all expectations, providing value and time savings.

Our attention to every last detail is what sets us apart and is the reason why Prolux has become Australia's leading Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance provider.
  • 1. Assessment Survey

We assess and document requirements, conduct a comprehensive examination of the asset register and prepare a PPM plan.

At this stage we also identify opportunities for future CAPEX upgrades.

  • 2. Pricing

Our team establish a pricing estimate based on the requirements, in addition to putting forward our recommendations for future improvements.

  • 3. PPM Planner

A planned Preventative Maintenance Planner is allocated to the project, who will coordinate all communications between the client and service delivery teams. A maintenance schedule is prepared to reduce touchpoints, minimise disruption and enhance business continuity.

  • 4. Resource Allocation

Resources are allocated to the project, which becomes part of the team portfolio. This creates efficiency as technicans become familiar with the intricacies of the asset(s).

  • 5. Undertake Services

Services are delivered as per the maintenance schedule and an assessment of the asset is completed to identify improvement opportunities and potential maintenance risks.

  • 6. Documentation and Reporting

A comprehensive report is generated to encourage transparent communication between maintenance teams, management and the client.

  • 7. Continuous Improvement

Opportunities are identified to reduce costs, increase efficiency and raise sustainability standards.

Periodic CAPEX site auditing with Facility Management is completed to identify electrical equipment close to an end-of-life cycle requiring replacement.

We identify and report on any sustainable or innovative investment opportunities to assist Facility Managers with CAPEX spending and allocation of future budgets.
