Prolux Electrical Contractors were engaged to strip-out and remove all existing electrical and data cabling from level two of 160 Queen St, Melbourne.


New light fittings were provided, with rewiring for all other on-site lighting provided. RCDs were added to the building’s existing switchboard, providing optimum safety for all tenants. Switchboard maintenance is a key component in any commercial building maintenance strategy, incorporating thermal imaging, exit and emergency light testing, power generation and UPS maintenance, air circuit breaker testing and lightning protection.


This 3000 sq/m area has been spruced up, ready for its new tenant to move in and fit-out the office space specifically to meet their requirements.
