452 Flinders Street is a prominent A-Grade tower, providing over 38,000 square metres of efficient, quality office space. Located in Melbourne’s CBD, the building is positioned amongst leading banks, financial institutions, government departments and multinational corporates.


With Dexus’ continual commitment to keeping the building at the forefront of sustainability, they’ve successfully achieved a 4-star NABERS Energy Rating and uses 2.8% GreenPower.


In 2018, Prolux were contracted to complete a $250k electrical upgrade package, for the ground floor lobby, signifying the property group’s proactive strategy yielding continual improvements. Works included dynalite lighting control and a custom lighting package, tailored to the projects requirements. Prolux were able to provide fit-out solutions for the desirable corporate building, with the new space open for business early in 2019.
