After 30 years of 24/7 service, Stalactites Restaurant located in Lonsdale St Melbourne was beginning to look a little tired and was well in need of a face lift. Prolux Electrical Contractors were the nominated contractors to overhaul all wiring, lighting installation, switchboards and electrical catering equipment. Nothing was re-used, the interior was completely stripped out and the restaurant was brought back to its original core for a complete electrical fitout. Working closely with the architect and lighting designer, this restaurant was very unique in its design, comprising of an alluring replica stalactite ceiling throughout the dining area.
