Russell Yeo – Project Manager
Upon completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management at RMIT, Russell moved straight into Hotel Management with Mirvac Hotels, being appointed as Duty Manager and Operations Manager. Whilst there, he implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. After much consideration he decided upon a career change to further utilise his skill set in an environment that was more conducive to positive career growth and greater self-satisfaction. In January 2009 Russell expressed his interest within the electrical industry and was given the opportunity to implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System for Prolux. Following this, Russell began his apprenticeship with a commercial electrical contracting company, gaining hands on experience within the industry and by the completion he’d acquired a considerable amount of knowledge working in project management and estimating. To further progress his career, Russell became part of the Prolux team in 2013 starting in Project Management and Estimating, and recently progressing into Management.
Russell is directly responsible for driving the efficiency and productivity through the business, and is the link between keeping the team well bonded and ensuring full accountability.
